nAbout the Role
n
nAs a Sales Manager at GrowthX Estates, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their property requirements, providing suitable property recommendations, and converting leads into successful sales.
nThe ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, target-oriented, and passionate about building a career in real estate sales.
n
nKey Responsibilities
n· Generate and handle leads through calls, follow-ups, and other sales activities.
n· Understand clients' property requirements, preferences, and budgets.
n· Handle customer inquiries and provide professional property consultations.
n· Explain property projects, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
n· Schedule and coordinate property/site visits with prospective clients.
n· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
n· Follow up consistently with prospective clients and move leads through the sales process.
n· Negotiate and assist clients through the booking and closure process.
n· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
n· Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
n· Stay updated on Gurgaon real estate projects, market trends, and developments.
n
nPreferred Candidate Profile
n· 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales is preferred.
n· Experience in residential or commercial real estate sales will be an advantage.
n· Immediate joiners will be preferred.
n· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n· Strong convincing, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
n· Positive attitude with a target-driven approach.
n· Self-motivated and comfortable working in a rapid-paced sales environment.
n· Willingness to travel for client meetings and property/site visits.
n
nTelecaller – Additional Requirement
n· 6 months–1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or any relevant field.
n· Freshers may also be considered with good communication skills.
n· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n· Confident in handling customer calls and follow-ups.
n· Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and immediate joiners preferred.
