Responsibilities –

1. Drive and achieve monthly topline, revenue, and GWP targets through the Agency channel.
2. Manage and grow business across multiple General Insurance product lines.
3. Drive recruitment and onboarding of new agents as per defined targets.
4. Ensure regular agent activation and achievement of premium targets.
5. Ensure sustainable profitability and maintain COR at budgeted levels.
6. Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines related to licensing and commission payments.
7. Handle and manage a team of Relationship Managers.
8. Train the team on products, processes, and company USPs.

Requirements –

1. Graduate / Insurance Graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience.
2. Experience in General Insurance Agency Sales.
3. Exposure to multiple General Insurance product lines and Multiline business.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
