– Sales Manager (Agency Channel) – Life InsuranceWe are hiring Sales Managers for a leading Life Insurance company. The role is responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing insurance advisors while driving business growth through the Agency Channel.

Key Responsibilities Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents. Build, train, and manage a productive advisor network. Drive life insurance sales through advisors and achieve business targets. Ensure advisor activation, retention, and productivity.

Conduct regular field visits, advisor meetings, and joint sales calls. Generate recent customer acquisition and revenue growth. Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to advisors. Develop strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.



Participate in training programs and branch sales initiatives.

Candidate

RequirementsGraduate in any discipline. 06 Months–5 years of experience in Life Insurance, BFSI, Banking, NBFC, or Direct Sales. Strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills.

Experience in Agency Channel or Insurance Sales preferred. Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities. Local market knowledge preferred. Own two-wheeler preferred. Age preferably below 35 years.
