We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Intern to join our sales team. The intern will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.
This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in sales, business development, communication, and customer acquisition .
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products/services.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert prospects into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Record customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute ideas to improve sales.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Compensation & Growth First 3 Months – Probation Period
- Commission-based compensation.
- Earnings will depend on successful sales/conversions.
- Performance will be evaluated throughout the probation period.
After Successful Completion of 3 Months
- ₹20,000 per month fixed salary
- Additional performance-based incentives
- Opportunity for further growth based on performance
Requirements
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn and improve sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Freshers and candidates with prior sales experience can apply.
