Job Summary The Site Sales Head is responsible for leading and managing the complete sales operations at the assigned project site. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing the site sales team, ensuring excellent customer experience, coordinating with CRM, marketing, legal, finance, and project teams, and maximizing project revenue through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

- Lead and manage the site sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize bookings and revenue.

- Monitor daily sales activities, customer visits, and conversion ratios.

- Ensure timely follow-up of all enquiries generated through digital, channel partners, walk-ins, and referrals.

- Conduct regular sales review meetings with the team.

- Prepare sales forecasts and business plans.

Team Leadership

- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the site sales team.

- Allocate sales targets and monitor individual performance.

- Conduct regular coaching sessions to improve conversion rates.

- Maintain discipline and adherence to company policies.

- Evaluate employee performance and recommend rewards or corrective actions.

Customer Relationship Management

- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.

- Attend key customer meetings and negotiations.

- Resolve customer complaints related to sales.

- Build long-term customer relationships to generate referrals.

Sales Operations

- Ensure proper maintenance of enquiry records in CRM.

- Monitor inventory availability and sales allocation.

- Coordinate with CRM for documentation and booking formalities.





- Ensure accurate sales reporting and MIS submissions.

- Maintain proper records of bookings, cancellations, collections, and pending cases.

Marketing Coordination

- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaigns and lead generation.

- Analyze campaign performance and lead quality.

- Suggest promotional activities to improve sales.

- Participate in project launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Coordination with Internal Departments

- Market Intelligence Report.

Compliance

- Ensure compliance with company policies.

- Follow all applicable real estate regulations, including RERA guidelines.

- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.

Experience

- 12–15 years of experience in real estate sales.

- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role handling project/site sales.

- Experience in residential real estate sales is preferred.
