Key responsibilities & duties
- Generate current business opportunities for LED strip lights, LED drivers, and related lighting products.
- Visit electricians, contractors, lighting dealers, architects, OEMs, and project customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order closures.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch, payment follow-up, and customer support.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer database.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of LED lighting products is preferred.
- Ability to handle field sales and customer visits.
- Confidence in business development and lead generation.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
