Automobile Spare Parts Sales Head – Haryana & NCR Role: Lead the spare parts business across Haryana & Delhi, driving sales, profitability, and dealer/wholesale network growth.
Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop dealers, workshops, garages, fleet, and wholesale accounts. Lead and manage sales and warehouse teams. Coordinate with OEMs/suppliers for availability and competitive pricing. Manage pricing, margins, warranty claims, and process compliance.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in automobile aftermarket/spare parts. Graduate or MBA Marketing preferred . Managing minimum 3-5 peoples. Robust knowledge of auto parts, ERP/DMS, and MS Excel. Strong leadership, negotiation, sales, and problem-solving skills.
