True Print is a growing company providing Corporate Gifting, Customized Merchandise, Printing & Branding Solutions to businesses, startups, corporates, institutions and organizations. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and help us grow our corporate sales.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements for corporate gifts, customized products and printing work.
- Explain products, pricing, customization options and services to customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until the order is successfully closed.
- Build and maintain good relationships with corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated. - Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Experience in corporate gifting, printing, advertising, B2B or tele-sales
