Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining our chit fund plans, generating new leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers in and around the local area.
- Explain chit fund plans, benefits, terms, and payment schedules clearly to customers.
- Generate new customer leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and local marketing.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into registrations.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly customer acquisition and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the collection and office teams for customer onboarding.
- Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and local events.
- Provide accurate information to customers and maintain professional communication.
- Follow company policies and procedures while handling customers.





Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
- Previous experience in sales, finance, insurance, banking, or field sales is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate with customers confidently.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.

Salary & Incentives
- Salary: 15,000 per month
- Incentive: 1,000 per new customer
- Allowance: Petrol and Food are included separately
- Additional performance-based incentives may be provided based on company policy.

Working Style This is primarily a field sales position, involving customer visits, lead generation, follow-ups, and local-area marketing.
