Job Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Jockey products.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and store-level sales targets.
- Explain product features, sizes, fits, and offers to customers.
- Maintain proper product display and ensure the sales floor is well organized.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support billing, stock checking, replenishment, and inventory activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards of the store.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Follow company policies and retail procedures.

Requirements





- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous retail/sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
