Job Summary

Lavanya Biotech is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team at Zirakpur, Dhakoli. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting company products.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
- Promote and explain company products/services to prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct regular customer visits as required.
- Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction.





Required Skills
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.

Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
- Minimum Experience: 1 year in Sales/Business Development or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Salary & Benefits ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
