About BluePen AI BluePen AI builds AI-powered learning tools for students. We are building a new category in education where AI meets the humble pen.

The Role We are looking for a Sales Executive who can speak with parents, schools and education partners and turn conversations into customers.

You will

- Call and speak with potential customers
- Explain BluePen AI in simple language
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp and field outreach
- Book product demos
- Follow up with parents and schools
- Maintain lead and sales records
- Close sales and hit monthly targets
- Share customer feedback with the product team

Who We Want




- MBA / BBA freshers
- Clear spoken Hindi and English
- Comfortable with phone calls and sales
- Good communication skills
- Hungry to learn and earn
- Comfortable with targets
- Prior sales experience is a plus, not required
