Job Responsibilities
- Manage reservations and bookings for multiple properties.
- Manage OTAs including MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda and Airbnb
- Manage Yanolja Cloud (Ezee) PMS and Channel Manager
- Update room rates, availability and inventory across OTAs.
- Monitor competitor pricing and implemented rate changes.
- Handle direct enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and social media.
- Manage Meta leads and followed up for booking conversions.
- Prepare quotations and handled guest booking queries.
- Coordinate with operations for check-ins, special requests and guest requirements.
- Manage OTA listing content, policies and property information.
- Handle cancellations, modifications and payment-related queries.
- Prepare revenue, occupancy and booking performance reports.
- Coordinate with OTA partners for listing and booking-related issues.
- Manage guest reviews and online reputation.
