About the Role:

Jagdembay Oils and Chemicals is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will drive B2B sales of Bitumen (VG-10, VG-30, VG-40, Emulsions) and Light Diesel Oil (LDO) used in road construction and hot-mix plants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard road contractors, NHAI/PWD sub-contractors, and hot-mix plant owners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales volume targets.
- Negotiate prices, finalize deals, and coordinate with the dispatch team for smooth tanker deliveries.
- Follow up for timely payment collections and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements & Skills:





- Experience: 1–4 years of B2B field sales experience in Bitumen, LDO, Furnace Oil, Petrochemicals. (Candidates with existing contractor networks will be given solid preference).
- Education: Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Skills: Good negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
