Synchronics Electronics is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive (Back Office) to join our Sales Department. We repair and service industrial electronics from 50+ global brands including Siemens, ABB, and Allen Bradley.

The role involves managing customer communication, sales inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, order coordination, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers, Sales, and Technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, enquiries, quotations, and service-related queries.
- Handle new sales enquiries, lead follow-ups, and customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, work orders, and other sales documents accurately.
- Follow up on quotations, pending enquiries, POs, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with Technical and Sales teams for job status, timelines, and customer updates.
- Maintain customer records, enquiry/quotation data, emails, and CRM/ERP entries.
- Support sales team in lead management, order processing, customer follow-up, and conversion.




- Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly follow-up and sales activity reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service and sales processes.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Back Office, Sales, or Customer Service, preferably in the service/industrial sector.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of quotations, POs, proforma invoices, and order processing.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Good MS Office, Email, and CRM/ERP knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
