We are growing our team and looking for an energetic Sales Executive who is passionate about communication, customer interaction, and building a career in sales.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive at Aadhya Wellness, you will play a key role in converting marketing-generated leads into paying customers and building long-term customer relationships.

Your responsibility doesn't end with making one sale. You will be expected to understand customer needs, follow up consistently, handle objections, close sales, and encourage customers to return for additional sessions and programs.

This is a target-driven role where your performance will directly contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with leads generated by the marketing team.
- Build and maintain a structured follow-up strategy for potential customers.
- Make outbound calls, including cold calls, to generate sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend relevant Aadhya Wellness programs or services.




- Clearly communicate the benefits, process, and offerings to potential customers.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Negotiate with customers and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat and recurring purchases.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records using Excel and other basic tools.
- Track calls, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.
- Consistently work toward and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and management teams to improve lead conversion.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer retention and revenue.

Compensation
