Job Summary

Sai Vikas Path Credit Co-operative Society is looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Executives for our Account Opening Department at Mhow.

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new customers, explaining our savings and deposit products, and completing the account-opening process while maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent customers through field visits, references, local contacts and other sales activities.
- Explain the Society's savings, deposit and other applicable financial products to prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly account-opening and business targets.
- Assist customers with the account-opening process and required documentation.
- Verify and collect required KYC documents as per applicable procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Maintain daily records of leads, visits, accounts opened and business generated.




- Coordinate with the branch/team for smooth account opening and customer service.
- Participate in local marketing and customer-acquisition activities.

Candidate Profile

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, computer and WhatsApp.
- Local area knowledge will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales ability can also apply.
- Previous experience in banking, finance, insurance, microfinance or field sales will be preferred.

Compensation Incentive-Based Job

Candidates will be rewarded based on their performance and business generated. Attractive incentives are available for achieving account-opening and business targets.
