Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Nasik.

The Sales

Engineer will engage with industrial clients to understand their pump sealing requirements, propose suitable mechanical seal solutions, and prepare technical and commercial offers. The role includes conducting product demonstrations, supporting customers with technical clarifications, and coordinating with internal engineering and production teams to ensure accurate order execution.

The Sales





Engineer will maintain regular communication with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to sales planning and market development activities. Daily tasks also involve handling customer queries, providing post-sales technical support, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to translate customer requirements into practical mechanical seal solutions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage expectations, and resolve issues professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to generate leads, negotiate orders, and achieve sales targets in industrial markets.
- Relevant experience in mechanical seals, pumps, or fluid handling systems, especially in process industries, is highly beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings, understand specifications, and work closely with design and production teams.
- Comfort with on-site client visits, field inspections, and occasional travel as required.
- Proficiency in basic office software and documentation practices to prepare quotations, reports, and presentations.
