Requirements

- Education: Diploma/ ITI in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, or Instrumentation) or equivalent technical experience.

- Experience: 0–1 years in industrial technical sales, ideally within Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Utilities and In Industrial safety products.

- Knowledge: Basic under standing about fire alarm panel , Gas detection system

- Skills: Strong "value-based" selling ability; capable of presenting to both site engineers and C-suite executives.

- Travel: Ability to travel to client sites for technical audits and demonstrations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Sales Target Attainment: Meeting or exceeding Monthly / Annual revenue quotas.

- Solution Accuracy: Precision in system design reducing post-installation technical debt.

- Pipeline Velocity: Efficiently moving projects from "Site Survey" to "Contract Signed."

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
