Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1+ year of experience in cold calling and lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads.
- Identify customer requirements and business opportunities.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in CRM.




- Handle initial objections and engage prospects professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for effective lead conversion.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, lead generation, telesales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools preferred.
- Must be willing to work from office in Model Town, New Delhi.
