Key Responsibilities:
*Quotation Management:
- Track and manage all quotations, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate accurate and competitive quotations.
*Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatches and stock availability.
- Address queries and concerns from team members promptly.
*B2B Client Management:
- Manage and support existing B2B clients.
- Process recent orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Address client queries and concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and orders.
*Administrative Tasks:
- Knowledge of advance MS Excel for data analysis and report generation.
- Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in any discipline
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini
