Handle current customer orders and ensure all order details are properly captured and communicated internally.
Coordinate with Stores, Quality and Dispatch teams as required.
Follow up on pending orders and ensure customer delivery commitments are met.
Coordinate and follow up on dispatches and delivery status.
Handle customer queries, issues and complaints and ensure proper closure.
Keep customers regularly updated regarding order, production and dispatch status.
Maintain customer-wise order and pending-requirement trackers.
Proactively contact customers for repeat orders and upcoming requirements.
Identify opportunities for additional orders from existing customers.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience
- CRE: 2 years (Preferred)
