About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling,



or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
