Job Summary The Project Sales & Purchase Co-ordinator will play a vital role in supporting both the sales and procurement operations of the company. This position ensures smooth coordination between clients, vendors, and internal departments, handling quotations, purchase orders, project documentation, and follow-ups to achieve timely execution of lighting projects.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate between the Sales, Purchase, and Project Execution teams for daily operations.

Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders, and invoices using Tally ERP.

Maintain project documentation, vendor data, and client correspondence efficiently.

Track material requirements, delivery schedules, and purchase follow-ups. Assist in preparing sales reports, PowerPoint presentations, and MIS summaries.

Handle email communication with clients and vendors professionally.



Manage and update Excel sheets for purchase and sales tracking. Support management in budgeting, cost control, and vendor coordination. Ensure timely follow-ups for payment collection and project material dispatches.

Required Skills Tally ERP – Mandatory MS Office proficiency – Excel, Word, PowerPoint Email drafting and business correspondence skills Strong English reading and writing ability Excellent coordination and time-management skills Good understanding of sales and purchase processes Preferred Attributes Prior experience in lighting, electrical, or building materials industry preferred Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks independently Team player with strong communication and follow-up abilities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
