Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales and Coordination team at our Pithampur location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating customer orders, ensuring timely order processing, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating smooth communication between the Sales, Production, Planning, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts departments.

Key Responsibilities

Experience in sales coordination 3+yrs.

Coordinate with the Sales Team for order processing and execution.

Prepare and process sales orders, order acknowledgments, quotations, and related documents.

Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Follow up on production status, material availability, dispatch schedules, and delivery commitments.

Maintain and update records of sales orders, pending orders, deliveries, and dispatches.

Coordinate with customers and the Sales Team regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation requirements.

Prepare regular MIS reports related to order status, pending orders, dispatches, and sales performance.

Follow up with internal departments to ensure orders are completed within the committed timelines.

Assist the Sales Team in resolving order-related issues and coordination gaps.





Maintain proper documentation and ensure all sales coordination activities are completed as per company SOPs.

Participate in coordination meetings and provide updates on pending orders, production status, and dispatch plans.

Support the Sales Team in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.

Perform other sales coordination duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.

Basic understanding of manufacturing, production, dispatch, and supply chain processes.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
