Role Description The Sales Counselor role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Sales

Counselor will engage with prospective clients to understand their immigration goals, assess eligibility, and recommend suitable visa pathways and services. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, explaining visa processes and timelines, following up on leads,



and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely documentation, application submission, and ongoing client updates.

The Sales

Counselor is expected to meet sales targets, uphold high customer satisfaction standards, and represent FederPath’s services in a professional and ethical manner.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain visa & immigration processes clearly and professionally.
- Proven Sales abilities focused on consultative selling, lead conversion, and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, including proactive follow-up, empathy, and solution-oriented support.
- Prior experience in immigration consulting, overseas education, or related counseling roles is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with mail box or case management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications in counseling, sales, or immigration are a plus.
