Job Summary

TOP CRANE SYSTEM PVT. LTD. is looking for experienced and target-oriented Sales & Business Development professionals to expand our business in Chain Hoists, Wire Rope Hoists, Crane Kits and STAHL Germany Hoists.

The candidate will be responsible for developing current customers, dealers and business opportunities, handling enquiries, providing suitable product solutions and converting opportunities into orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand sales of Chain Hoists, Wire Rope Hoists, Crane Kits and STAHL Hoists.
- Identify and develop new industrial customers, dealers, distributors and channel partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through market visits, references, enquiries and networking.
- Handle customer enquiries and understand technical/product requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical team for suitable product selection and quotations.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations until order closure.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations and technical discussions.
- Develop business across assigned territories, including Pan-India markets as required.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
- Identify new applications and market opportunities for crane and hoist products.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Negotiate with customers and support commercial discussions.
- Maintain sales pipeline,



enquiry and customer records.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Quality, Service and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure timely communication and smooth order execution.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Product Responsibilities The selected candidate may be responsible for one or more of the following product segments: 1. Chain Hoist

- Pan-India marketing and sales
- Dealer/channel development
- Industrial customer development

2. Wire Rope Hoist & Crane Kits

- Sales of Wire Rope Hoists and Crane Kits
- Develop crane manufacturers, dealers and industrial customers
- Technical product coordination and order conversion

3. STAHL Germany Hoists

- Business development for STAHL Hoists
- Develop industrial customers, OEMs, EPC companies and channel partners
- Product presentation and solution-based selling

Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates with experience in technical B2B sales / industrial sales.

Candidates from the following industries are preferred:

- EOT Crane / Overhead Crane
- Hoist Manufacturing
- Chain Hoist
- Wire Rope Hoist
- Crane Components
- Material Handling Equipment
- Lifting Equipment




- Industrial Machinery

Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
- Good technical understanding of industrial products.
- Crane / Hoist / Material Handling knowledge preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer technical requirements.
- Good quotation and follow-up skills.
- Customer and dealer development capability.
- Good presentation and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer and dealer visits.
- Target-oriented approach.

Experience 2–8 years of relevant experience in Industrial Sales / Technical Sales / Business Development.

Candidates with direct Crane, Hoist or Material Handling experience will be preferred.

Education

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / Graduate in Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering field preferred.
