Sales & Operations Associate – Bright Star & KCS Kashmir Shawl Emporium

We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented and sales-driven associate to work across Bright Star and KCS Kashmir Shawl Emporium.

This is a hybrid role combining sales, backend operations, and digital customer handling, ideal for someone who is organized, tech-comfortable, and enjoys both customer interaction and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and website platforms
- Support online sales and order coordination
- Assist in backend retail operations including billing, stock tracking, and coordination
- Work on Excel sheets, reports, and basic data management
- Support export-related coordination and documentation (as required)
- Assist walk-in customers and contribute to overall sales
- Help with day-to-day office and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

- Good computer skills (Excel, email handling, basic systems)




- Strong written and spoken English
- Sales-driven mindset with customer-first approach
- Ability to multi-task across sales, backend, and operations
- Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in retail / ecommerce / office operations is a plus

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
