Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Sales

Associate is responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining loan products, and helping clients select suitable options across personal, business, home, and property-backed loans. Daily activities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings, collecting and verifying documentation, and coordinating with partner banks and NBFCs throughout the loan approval process. The role involves maintaining accurate records in internal systems, following up on applications, and meeting sales and conversion targets while providing clear,



ethical guidance to customers.

The Sales

Associate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely processing and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and lead-generation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities, including active listening and clear communication with diverse clients.
- Basic knowledge of retail lending products (personal, business, home, and property loans) and willingness to learn bank and NBFC policies.
- Competence in using communication tools, spreadsheets, and CRM or sales tracking software to manage leads and applications.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling documentation, compliance requirements, and multiple cases simultaneously.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external financial partners.
- Prior experience in financial services, banking, or loan sales is preferred but not mandatory; fresh talent with robust motivation to learn is welcome.
