Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, engaging with prospective and existing customers, and promoting the company’s products and services to increase revenue and market share.

Daily responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and supporting marketing campaigns through online and offline channels. The specialist will collaborate with management to develop sales strategies, track performance against targets,



and provide feedback to improve marketing materials and product positioning. The role may also involve delivering basic product or service training to customers and internal team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and support achievement of team targets.
