Seller Support Executive

Salary: 21,000 CTC
Experience: Freshers & experienced can apply
Role: Handle seller queries via calls, chats, and emails. Resolve order-related concerns, maintain accurate case logs, and coordinate with internal teams while meeting quality and productivity targets.
Requirements
- Graduate (any stream)
- Excellent English and Hindi (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts (9 hrs including 1 hr break)
- 6 working days, 1 rotational week off
