Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Cininfo. The specialist will manage outreach to prospective and existing community members, partners, and stakeholders, promoting Cininfo’s platform and Launchpad programs.

Daily responsibilities include identifying and nurturing leads, conducting product demos, responding to inquiries, and maintaining strong, service-focused relationships with users. The role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns,



supporting social media and email initiatives, and collaborating with the team to improve messaging and user acquisition strategies. The specialist will track performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide feedback to optimize sales processes and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse users and partners in a professional, responsive manner.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to drive conversions, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed growth targets.
- Candidates should possess Training and coaching skills to guide users, onboard partners, and support internal knowledge-sharing.
- Candidates should possess digital literacy and familiarity with CRM tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics for campaign and pipeline management.
- Relevant qualifications include experience in sales or marketing (preferably in media, entertainment, or SaaS), strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is highly beneficial.
