JOB ROLE :-

Field Sales Executive (FMCG)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-

- Visit retailers and wholesalers on a daily basis.
- Generate new leads and onboard new retail stores.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with retailers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Promote Sanskritbhumi Wholesale products and services in the assigned market.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
- Maintain daily sales/visit reports and update market activities.

ELIGIBILITY :-
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of FMCG Sales experience is mandatory.
- Experience in FMCG / Retail Sales / Horeca / Reseller / B2B Sales will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid Driving Licence are mandatory.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong field-sales and customer-handling skills.

SALARY & EARNINGS :-
- Fixed Salary:



₹16,000 – ₹22,000/month
- Daily DA: ₹100 × 26 days = ₹2,600/month
- Incentives: Up to ₹13,000/month
- Total Earnings: ₹33,100 – ₹39,100/month*
