Job Summary

Responsible for leading the Company’s Sales & Marketing functions, developing strategies, managing both teams, driving lead generation and conversions, strengthening brand presence, managing client relationships, and achieving business growth and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional plans.
- Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Set and monitor sales targets, revenue goals, and team KPIs.
- Drive lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, admissions, and revenue growth.
- Manage branding, digital marketing, social media, content, and promotional activities.
- Manage client relationships, requirements, negotiations, follow-ups, and feedback.
- Coordinate with Sales, Admissions, Media, Creative, Academic, and other teams.
- Monitor sales pipeline, lead quality, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
- Plan and monitor sales and marketing budgets and campaign performance.




- Conduct market and competitor research and identify new business opportunities.
- Track Sales & Marketing KPIs, analyse results, and submit performance reports to Management.
- Oversee Sales & Marketing activities for Aspireon Ventures, Aspireon Film Academy, Aspireon Film Club, and other Company initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with Company policies.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the CEO/Management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in a managerial/team-lead role.
- Solid skills in sales strategy, marketing, business development, client management, team leadership, and negotiation.

Preferred Industry: Film & Media, Entertainment, Education, Advertising, Creative Agencies, Digital Marketing, or other content-driven industries. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
