Senior Sales Head – Real Estate Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Industry: Real Estate – Residential Plotting Project Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month + Incentives About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Head to lead the sales team for our premium plotting project in Indore.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the complete sales team and achieve monthly sales targets Develop and implement sales strategies to drive bookings Generate and convert leads through various channels Manage channel partners and brokers Conduct regular site visits and support the team in closing deals Track sales performance and prepare regular MIS reports Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners Identify new sales opportunities and market trends Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing and management Requirements 5+ years of experience in real estate sales,
