Job Summary

We are seeking a Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. You will be the face of our brand, welcoming customers as they enter the showroom, answering their questions, and guiding them through their purchasing journey. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, a neat appearance, and a passion for delivering a premium retail experience.

Core Responsibilities

- Welcome walk-in customers warmly, assess their needs, and guide them through available product options.
- Provide detailed information about product features, specifications, pricing, and active promotions or warranties.
- Actively cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize daily sales targets.
- Ensure the showroom floor, product displays, and merchandise are clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams to process payments, schedule deliveries, and handle exchange policies.
- Address customer queries or complaints professionally, escalating issues to the Showroom Manager when necessary.

Requirements:

Qualification: Plus two/Any Degree

Experience: Min 1 year experience in sales

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
