Qualification

- Degree in Engineering(B.E/B.Tech) or relevant technical field.
- DIS / ADIS / PDIS or equivalent Safety qualification preferred/mandatory as per project requirement.
- Relevant HSE certifications will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards at the project site.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and toolbox meetings.
- Identify workplace hazards and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented.
- Prepare and review JSA, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and SOPs.
- Monitor compliance with PPE requirements and safe work practices.
- Ensure safety during activities such as work at height, scaffolding, lifting & rigging, hot work, excavation, electrical work, and confined space entry.
- Conduct safety induction and awareness training for employees, workers, and contractors.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions and prepare reports.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection checklists,



training records, permits, and other safety documentation.
- Ensure proper implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
- Coordinate with site management, contractors, and workers to resolve safety-related issues.
- Monitor emergency preparedness, fire safety arrangements, and emergency response procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and client HSE standards.
- Report unsafe conditions and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Follow up on safety observations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of industrial/project site safety practices.
- Strong knowledge of Risk Assessment, JSA, PTW, PPE, Incident Investigation, and Emergency Preparedness.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct safety training and toolbox talks.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively with workers, contractors, and project management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
