nRole Overview:

nVipany Global is looking for an experienced RPO Program Lead to manage the day-to-day recruitment delivery for one of our key enterprise RPO engagements in Hyderabad.

nThe role will be based at the client's office and will work closely with the RPO Program Manager, client Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers and Vipany's recruitment delivery team.

nWe are looking for someone with 10+ years of solid Talent Acquisition experience, ideally gained through an in-house TA role with a product/technology organization, GCC, or in a senior delivery role within a recruitment/RPO organization.

nThis is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands recruitment deeply and can drive recruiters, hiring managers and candidate pipelines towards hiring outcomes.

nKey Responsibilities:

nLead the day-to-day recruitment delivery for the assigned RPO program.

nPartner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, conduct intake/calibration discussions and establish hiring priorities.

nAllocate requisitions across recruiters and monitor delivery against agreed timelines.

nDrive sourcing strategy for technology, product, digital and other business-critical roles.

nReview candidate quality before submission and ensure strong recruiter calibration.

nTrack the complete recruitment funnel from sourcing through interviews, offers and joining.

nConduct regular recruiter reviews covering pipeline, aging requisitions, productivity and conversion ratios.





nCoordinate closely with client TA teams and hiring managers for interview feedback and hiring decisions.

nIdentify difficult-to-fill positions and create targeted sourcing and talent-mapping strategies.

nDrive candidate engagement through the recruitment and offer-to-joining lifecycle.

nMaintain ATS/process discipline and ensure accurate recruitment reporting.

nIdentify delivery bottlenecks and escalate risks early to the RPO Program Manager.

nCoach recruiters on sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management and delivery quality.

nSupport hiring dashboards, weekly reviews and program governance.

nWhat We Are Looking For:

n10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

nStrong experience as an in-house recruiter / TA Lead / TA Manager in a product company, technology organization or GCC, OR significant experience in a senior recruitment delivery role within a recruitment/RPO firm.

nStrong hands-on understanding of technology/product hiring.

nExperience managing recruiters and multiple concurrent requisitions.

nStrong sourcing and candidate-assessment capabilities.

nAbility to interact confidently with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

nGood understanding of recruitment funnels, conversion ratios, aging and hiring metrics.

nStrong ownership and problem-solving orientation.

nExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

nComfortable working onsite at the client's Hyderabad office.
