Roto / Paint Artists – Mumbai

Midas VFX is currently seeking experienced Roto / Paint Artists to join our Mumbai team for an upcoming production.

Position: Roto / Paint Artist

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Contract: 6 months

Start Date: Immediate

Working Arrangement: On-site preferred; remote applications will also be considered

Responsibilities

- Rotoscoping and matte creation to a high standard
- Paint, clean-up and plate preparation
- Removal of unwanted elements, rigs, markers and reflections
- Maintaining consistent quality across assigned shots
- Working closely with the Compositing and Production teams to meet creative and technical requirements
- Delivering work within agreed production schedules

Requirements





- Previous professional experience in Roto and/or Paint within a VFX production environment
- Robust attention to detail and ability to produce clean, accurate work
- Ability to work independently and respond effectively to feedback
- Experience working to production deadlines
- Experience with industry-standard VFX software and pipelines

Candidates able to work on-site at our Goregaon East studio are preferred , although experienced remote artists are also encouraged to apply.

Immediate availability is highly desirable.
