About the Role The role holder will undertake projects across a wide variety of high-profile digital / strategic intiatives for the Digital Servicing team - Bots / STPs / Process improvement / Apps

Key ResponsibilitiesManage Digital Servicing projects including:

� Liaison with Business Leads / IT colleagues to manage all activities related to the project

� Capture key information including objectives, benefits, risks, dependencies, scope, resources and costs

� Undertake detailed project planning & documentation (defining project deliverables, success criteria, advantages management, dependencies, change control, risk management) including escalating risks & issues as required.

� Identify, document, analyse and ensuring the project meets business needs / strategic aims





� Testing and develop controls around digital initiatives /� Process

� Maintaining post production effectiveness of deployments and change management

� Manage project progress as per committed timelines, performance and quality, including evaluation and benefits realisation

� Manage project meeting requirements, producing & presenting written and oral reports/management information

� Identify user /customer training needs and ensure appropriate training is provided

Qualifications

� Graduation/Post graduation- Well versed with branch banking and regulatory guidelines. Should have banking experience.

Role Proficiencies:� Experience of successfully managing projects through all stages of project life-cycle

� Experience of managing Customer experience / Improvement projects

� Extensive knowledge & experience of a range of project management techniques and tools, including relevant software (e.g. MS Project.)
