- Plan and optimize routes, schedules, fleet deployment and turnaround.

- Develop route economics and profitability models based on demand, fares, occupancy and operating costs.

- Analyze demand, traffic patterns and market potential to identify new routes and network expansion opportunities.

- Manage permits, regulatory requirements and route feasibility.

- Optimize fleet utilization and turnaround time across the network.

- Build dashboards and MIS using Excel / Power BI for route and fleet performance.

- Work closely with Operations, Commercial, Finance and Regulatory teams to execute network plans.

Required Skills

- 5–10 years of experience in transportation, route planning, mobility or fleet/network planning.

- Strong understanding of route optimization, demand forecasting and fleet planning.

- Good analytical and commercial understanding of route-level P&L;/economics.

- Robust proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

- Experience with permits and transport regulations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
