- Experience with a channel manager (STAAH, eZee, SiteMinder, Hostaway, Channex or similar) and a PMS.

- Solid grasp of revenue concepts: yield management, forecasting, segmentation, rate parity and price elasticity.

- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; SQL or a BI tool (Looker Studio, Power BI) is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail, because rates, dates and inventory must be right every time.

- Good written English for listing copy and review responses.

- You make decisions with data and can explain them simply to non-specialists.

- You're comfortable in a startup, with minimal hierarchy and fast decisions, and you own outcomes rather than just tasks.

Nice to have

- Exposure to a pricing tool (PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond, IDeaS, Duetto or similar).

- Experience with Google Hotel Ads or metasearch.

- Experience with a multi-property portfolio or a current-property launch.

- Knowledge of the Bengaluru corporate travel market.

- Kannada, Hindi or other regional languages.

Pay: ₹15,383.02 - ₹68,910.67 per month
