Position Overview

- Role Title: Store Manager – Luxury / Premium Retail

- Core Objective: Act as the ultimate brand ambassador on the shop floor, driving revenue, optimizing P&L; (Profit and Loss), and delivering an elite, consultative customer experience. [1, 2, 3]

Key Responsibilities1. Sales &

- Revenue Generation (P&L; Ownership)

- Take complete ownership of the store's P&L;, revenue targets, conversion metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs). [1]

- Lead from the front on the retail floor, personally managing high-value VIP clients and executing high-touch, consultative selling. [1]

- Drive clienteling initiatives to foster long-term customer loyalty, repeat business, and high-value referrals. [1]

- Monitor business trends, analyze sales reports, and execute corrective action plans to surpass monthly and annual targets. [1, 2]

2. Team Leadership &

- Development

- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing retail team rooted in customer obsession and elite service standards. [1]

- Conduct continuous on-floor coaching, role-playing for luxury selling techniques, and staff performance evaluations. [1, 2]

- Manage team scheduling, resolve internal conflicts, and maintain high morale in a target-driven environment. [1]

- Maintain immaculate, world-class standards across visual merchandising, store layout, and product display. [1]

- Ensure strict adherence to personal grooming, professional presence,

4. Operations &

- Inventory Control

- Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing protocols, billing accuracy, and cash handling.

- Manage inventory levels, conduct routine stock audits, and execute loss-prevention measures to minimize shrinkage.

- Coordinate seamlessly with supply chain, marketing, and corporate headquarters for stock replenishment and promotional events. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Key Requirements &

- Competencies

- Experience: 5 to 8 years of total retail experience, with at least 3 years in a Store Manager or supervisory leadership role within a premium or luxury retail brand. [1]

- Skills:

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and high-end client-handling abilities.

- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of retail analytics and P&L; metrics.

- Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) billing software, CRM tools, and inventory management systems. [1, 2]

- Mindset: High-energy, entrepreneurial go-getter with a strong bias for action, natural leadership presence, and absolute attention to detail. [1, 2]

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion, or a related field (MBA preferred). [1, 2]

Pay: ₹50,289.58 - ₹80,204.64 per month
