Retail Showroom Manager – I Bags

About the Role:

I Bags is looking for an energetic and responsible Retail Showroom Manager to manage day-to-day showroom operations and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily showroom operations and achieve sales targets.
- Handle customers, sales, complaints and escalations.
- Lead, train and monitor showroom staff.
- Manage inventory, stock displays and stock accuracy.
- Handle billing, cash/UPI reconciliation and daily reports.
- Maintain showroom discipline, cleanliness and presentation.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance and productivity.
- Support promotions, offers and customer retention activities.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of retail/showroom experience preferred.




- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Leadership and team-management ability.
- Basic knowledge of billing, inventory and Excel.
- Experience in bags, luggage, footwear, fashion or lifestyle retail is an advantage.
- Tamil & English communication preferred.

Ideal Candidate: A proactive individual who can take ownership of showroom operations, lead a team and drive sales with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
