- Manage complete store operations, including opening/closing, daily sales targets and customer service.
- Lead, train, motivate and manage the store team for smooth operations and high performance.
- Handle inventory management including ordering, receiving, merchandising and stock checks.
- Drive sales through promotions, upselling and customer engagement.
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety standards and visual merchandising.
- Resolve customer complaints and build long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor sales reports, expenses and KPIs; report to HQ.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and manage petty cash.
- Handle POS systems, billing and basic administrative tasks.
