RETAIL SALES OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greet and engage customers in a skilled and courteous manner.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewellery items accordingly.

- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of jewellery pieces, including quality, weight, pricing, and certifications.

- Making Estimations with proper Bifurcations.

- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and upselling techniques.

- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and cleanliness of display counters and showcases.

- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints with efficiency and escalate unresolved issues to the Store Manager.

- Assist in stock management – receiving, tagging, arranging, and displaying jewellery items.

- Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, collections, and product knowledge.

- Ensure compliance with security protocols while handling high-value items.





- Support in billing, packaging, and documentation processes as required.

- Participate in regular training and team meetings to enhance product and sales knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,052.99 - ₹19,552.78 per month
