Role & responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner.

- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.

- Demonstrate and explain features, specifications, and benefits of luxury watches.

- Handle premium and luxury watch sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized recommendations.

- Maintain knowledge of watch brands, collections, models, movements, materials, and pricing.

- Upsell and cross-sell premium watches and related accessories.

- Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.

- Maintain proper product displays and ensure the showroom follows luxury retail standards.

- Ensure watches are properly handled, stored, and presented to customers.

- Maintain customer records and conduct follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

- Generate repeat business through strong customer relationships and personalized service.

- Handle billing, payments, product documentation, and sales-related processes accurately.





- Coordinate with inventory/store teams regarding product availability and stock requirements.

- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.

- Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand presentation.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer-service standards.

- Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, inventory, and customer handling.
