nWe are looking for an experienced Retail Leasing Manager to join our team at Big Steps Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

n

nThe candidate will be responsible for managing retail and commercial leasing activities, identifying business opportunities, building relationships with brands, landlords, and investors, and driving successful leasing transactions.

n

nThe role requires strong market understanding, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end leasing processes.

n

nKey Responsibilities

n

n Handle retail and commercial leasing transactions from lead generation to closure

nIdentify and engage with potential brands, retailers,



tenants, and property owners

n Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and retail brands

nConduct market research to identify leasing opportunities and market trends

n Support clients with suitable commercial property solutions

nManage lease discussions, negotiations, and documentation processes

n Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth transaction execution

nMaintain market knowledge of commercial real estate trends and competitor activity

n Achieve leasing targets and business growth objectives

nRequirements

n

n3-5 years of experience in Retail Leasing / Commercial Leasing / Real Estate Advisory

n Robust understanding of retail, mall, and commercial property markets

nExperience in tenant acquisition, brand coordination, or leasing transactions

n Good negotiation and communication skills

nAbility to build and manage client relationships

n Strong market networking and business development skills

nSelf-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
