- Sales & Targets: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for motorcycles, gear, and accessories.

- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate Sales Executives.

- Operations: Monitor walk-ins, test rides, leads, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.

- Customer Care: Handle client queries and resolve complaints to keep customer satisfaction high.

- Department Coordination: Work with finance, insurance, registration, and service teams for smooth vehicle delivery.

- Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance (MIS) reports.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
