Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage retail operations across AP & Telangana.

- Take ownership of sales targets, revenue growth and outlet profitability.

- Manage and develop Cluster Managers, Store Managers, Supervisors and retail teams.

- Monitor outlet-wise sales, productivity, manpower and operating costs.

- Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.

- Conduct regular outlet visits and ensure adherence to company SOPs.

- Improve customer service, store presentation, hygiene, grooming and operational standards.

- Monitor inventory, stock availability, wastage, expiry and stock losses.

- Control manpower costs and improve employee productivity.

- Analyze outlet-wise performance and implement corrective action.

- Handle customer complaints and improve overall customer experience.

- Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, HR, Finance and Marketing teams.

- Support new outlet openings and expansion plans across AP & Telangana.

- Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly retail MIS reports.





- Conduct regular performance reviews with Cluster and Store Managers.

- Build a robust retail leadership team and succession pipeline.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety and statutory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1015+ years of experience in Retail Operations.

- Proven experience handling multiple retail outlets / multi-city operations.

- Experience in F&B;, Bakery, Sweets, QSR, FMCG or Organized Retail preferred.

- Strong sales and business development orientation.

- Strong people-management and leadership skills.

- Good understanding of retail P&L;, inventory and cost control.

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and retail reporting.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

- Should be a hands-on, field-oriented leader with strong execution capability.
